Hi there,

I had a few dates with this girl but recently received this text from her saying that she was not in the right state of mind to be seeing anyone at the moment.

In terms of my response

A) should I play nice in case we could have casual dates (or more) in the future and I can tap into her fds or

B) should I do the opposite so she won't get the impression that I can be brushed away as she wishes and loses attraction to me even further?

I am a rookie in the field, so your advice is really appreciated. :D

You should respond (every single time you get the LJBF crap) with: I'm not interested in being just friends. I think you're an amazing girl, and I think we could have more than friendship. Give me a call if you change your mind" and then move on (I mean really move on, don't try to justify sending a text on her Birthday or anything like that)

Either she changes her mind, or you've got too many fingers in another girl to care... to put it romantically ;) lol

Good to get feedback from the pro and how u guys respond to the situation :)


Thats pretty much how I responded. We were chatting casually and towards the end of the conversation I mentioned about the text as she got up and started to walk away. She was slightly comfortable talking about it whilst I was composed, relax and still sitting, which I guess it was a good thing having this contrast.

Re 'King Among Mortals':
We had about 4 'dates' and had sex on our 4th date. Sex wasn't bad as she climaxed twice that night (although I am not 'experienced' enough to tell if ppl are faking it or not). But why you asking?

Do you think I escalated things too quickly and I should have put my foot off the pedal a little bit?
I tried to analyse the situation afterwards and I put it down as one of the reasons why she was put off.

No one who's normal fakes an orgasm, specially the first time. That happens in marriages where women just want to get it over with. Or when the sex is really, really bad.

There can be plenty of different reasons dude. Maybe you're sexually incompatible. Maybe you're overly needy towards her in general. Although you don't really seem to be.
Or maybe she's been dating multiple guys and thinks some other dude is worth giving a shot.
