| Post subject: | All about self improvement |
When i go to interviews they tell me I come off as shy and nervous. My mates tell me sometimes i look awkward. I guess it could be to do with my body language. Once I get into the conversation I'm alright. Any ways i can improve? |

Two things: 1) Genuinely be highly optimistic about the future and what it holds for you. This will improve your confidence 10fold. If you can't do this naturally, then imagine your ideal dream scenario for life. And BELIEVE that it is coming to you. 2) Realize that in the end this whole thing is only a game between you and yourself. YOU GONNA LET SOMEONE ELSE GET BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR DREAMS? Ok, I thought not. Now get to it.

Why are you nervous and shy? What are your friends saying is awkward about you? You might as well go into the doctor and say "I'm sick" Doctor says "Well... whats wrong with you?" You say "I'm sick." No shit. Please give a little more context in your post. You're looking for literally life changing advice and you give 2 sentences about your life. Aside from a very vague one, what type of answer would you like to your vague ass question? |

You should balance your body language with what you talk... and be confident... Try to talk to opposite gender.. mostly unknown... It will help in building self confidence. |
