I tend to put myself down a lot, doubt myself and my skills. Any suggestions on some good NLP material or other material that can help me to really develop a solid confidence? Thanks in advance. |

Read Introducing NLP by Joseph O'Connor and John Seymour. It gives a lot of the basic concepts of how positive thinking snowballs and makes you more positive, which makes thinking positive easier, etc. It also has step by step patterns that can be used to improve aspects of your life that you aren't happy with. |
