I have been involved in the pick-up community for about 2 months now. This is my first post on this forum.
I have read various books, and even done things like self-hypnosis to improve my self not just with the ladies, but also to improve confidence and such. I was wondering if anyone could compile a short list of principles/things that when done (properly) will ultimately help you come off as more attractive to females, as well as make you more likeable. (FYI, I am under 18).

Basically, all of pickup can be summed up in four words. "You are the prize". Here's some key points to remember:

- She should be chasing you, not the other way around.
- Never lean in.
- Never let her feel like she's "got" you.
- Always be a challenge.
- Never seek her approval (consciously this is easy but it takes time to realize when you do this subconsciously)
- It's ok to give her compliments so long as she has earned them
- Always maintain a balance of interest and disinterest in the girl so that she is never sure how you really feel about her

Spark Plug has hit on some good points. I would add something else that is very important. Make it a habit to go out often and put yourself in social situations and socialize constantly. Constantly be pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and STAY IN SET. You will learn so much more from staying in set as long as possible instead of just doing a lot of approaches with short interactions. You will go through the different phases of seduction, escalation, isolation, solving for logistics and closing and that's where all the learning and improvement comes from.
