Post subject:  overcoming escalation anxiety

Hows it going guys, I've had a couple situations where i know i should have escalated more physically and didn't because i was nervous it wasn't quite the right thing to do. Any tips or things i should look into/read? thanks in advance

Your own advice is solid, yeah.

Take the fact she's with you - and not somewhere else - as evidence she WANTS you to escalate. If she's showing interest, she probably does want you to.

Beyond that, start small. You don't have to go straight for her boobs.

Mild, relatively non invasive kino that FRIENDS do not do:
-hold hands
-kiss
-play with hair/brush hair out of the way
-guide her by the back as you walk (non consistently)
-touches when laughing or showing interest

Even something as simple as touching her arm or leg when you say something to her gets her used to physical touch from you.

Move on to making out and more after you see positive results from the (nowhere near complete) list above.

How would you conquer your fear of heights and spiders?

Exposure and repetition. Start off safe and incremently turn up the exposure till you're desensitised. If it's stopping you from getting laid, what you got to lose? I personally just jumped in the deep end. Like the equivalent to doing a bungee jump or climbing into a bath of spiders. But that's just me.

You can try NLP, ETF or any other short cuts. But it will lead you to my above post eventually.
