| Post subject: | Best way to go about getting my ex back |
Before I go on, I would like this girl back in my life, even though I know many of you will just say 'move on'.. My ex split with me last week after 2 months because of things like... - She's not herself right now, she's anxious and having panic attacks for the first time. - She can't deal with the stress and doesn't have time to give the relationship 100 percent. - Our living arrangements and having to tip toe around parents etc. Some or all of these may be excuses as we know but I'm really not sure. Anyhow.. I spoke to her in her car last thursday, didn't come of needy at all and said if it's best for her then ok, gave her a kiss and left. Just before I left the car she said things like 'Can we still talk? I still wanna see you'. I replied.. "Just give me 2 or 3 weeks" (may have shot myself in the foot here) She also said 'when are your parents next going out?' When I mentioned my new fouble bed was coming the following day. This is while she's breaking up with me.. what the?! She said "Do you think I'm making a mistake?". I replied "that would be selfish of me to say, its what you want". We haven't contacted each other in just over a week. Ive hid my fb relationship status, she's now done the same, I've uploaded a few photos of when having a night out or food with the lads etc. Any idea on where to go from here... how long do I leave it until contacting her and how to go about it? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! |
