So heres the deal, I've been hanging out with this girl for a month and a half or so. We get along very well and hangout together a decent amount. She told me about a week ago that she has had a boyfriend for 3 years+. Since then I've kind of not really known how to approach the situation. I like the girl and am very attracted. How do I take it from hanging out with a girl with a boy friend to hanging out with a girl that is mine or at least available? Thanks, Mcwanker |

Check out the Outer Game: Routines area. Look for any posts that have "Boyfriend Destroyers" in it. Read the whole thread, comments and all. And also, we need more info on your situation. You said you've been hanging out for 1.5 months. Are you in the friend zone? just a loose acquaintance? More info, brother. Also, a boyfriend for 3 years? Your odds are pretty steep here. Not that it hasn't been done, or can't be done. But if your new to this, you're really pushing it. You probably suffer from one-itis... |

I'm in the friend zone. Their relationship is a high school hangover thing which she has given signs(like not mentioning it until recently) that it is going by the wayside. I understand history is a hard thing to break but I think my chances are maybe a little better than they seem.

And no I do not have one-itis. I think this is one of my best potentials. |
