Post subject:  Sometimes I don't feel like talking (Problem or not?)

Most of the time I'm really outgoing and social, in a good mood, smiling, etc. <--- This is what others would say about me.

Then, there are times where I don't even want to make eye contact with people because of the fact that they might open their mouths and speak to me while I'm not in the friendliest mood to chat. It's almost like I don't feel like dealing with other people at the time. These times are few and far in-between, usually only when I'm in situations that I don't want to be in, or view in a negative light, like being forced to go to work when I don't want to be there (It's not every day). But the second I walk out, BOOM! Smile on my face, head tilted back, walking away with no care in the world.

Is this normal or is it seen as a problem that should be fixed?

To those of you who will literally talk to ANYONE that you see throughout your day, do you ever feel like being anti-social?

EDIT: Main reason I'm asking is this:
Quote:
It's still a good idea for you to go out and meet 5 women even if it's saying hi in the grocery store... start becoming more social with at least 5 women every day that you find physically attractive.
I'm attractive, have at least a handful of confidence and have no problems getting laid if I need to. However, it's never from cold approaches unless at a social gathering (party) where socializing is considered the norm. I want to get rid of my AA because I know it's holding me back from being able to get any woman I want. Wherever. Whenever.

What do you mean... "normal"...?

I don't really know anyone who is always in a talkative mood and has all the time in the world to just stop and chat with strangers. If I met someone like that, I probably wouldn't trust them very much because THAT would be a bit abnormal.

You missed the part in that quote where whoever it was said "girls you find physically attractive."

That sums up my question.

I had this silly visualization in mind that really good PUA's are always in the mood to approach.

I bet you're right. That's some weird shit. I've seen guys from RSD literally bouncing off of people. It looks pretty awkward.

Approach with intent.

Do you think pro bodybuilders are always in the mood to workout? Or pro athletes to train?

Nah man. Everyone has highs and lows. Sometimes you can plow through the lows and turn them into highs. Doesn't mean it should always be done.

I have weekends where I wanna watch Netflix all day. Sometimes I indulge, other times I push through and go out. You need diversity in life.
