There's this girl at work, I started gaming her and all seemed to be going well, now i'm really confused. She gives me IOI's (I think) e.g.: -She always finds me during both her breaks and spends them talking to me -If we stop talking and I'm giving her eye contact, she looks back and looks at my lips -She asks me to feel her leggings and has no problem whatsoever with kino, I've touched her lower back, legs, even been on a ladder literally next to her and she doesn't mind. -I catch her staring at me -Always initiates conversation if I am near her at work .... the list goes on I have literally never been so sure of this person liking me Here's the confusing part: I invited her to Brighton in the day by text, I put: ''Hey, I'm going to go to Brighton next Saturday, wanna come? x'' She replied: ''Sorry I can't, I'm busy'' But she was then telling people that she might do overtime on said Saturday. I was thinking I could be in the ''friendzone'' (not really a problem), but there's no reason to flake if I'm in the friendzone? It seems more like she's not interested, but there are ALL those indicators. Please help I am so confused. Thanks |

Yet another one post oneitus at work thread... Message her: 'Hey, let's grab a drink sometime, what day of the week is best for you?' That is all that is needed. If she keeps saying she is busy, then you're wasting your time. If she has already plans on the day you're suggesting, then it doesn't mean it's a flake. If you were at your best friend's wedding and a girl asked you out for a drink, you would decline her wouldn't you? Quote: 'Sorry I can't, I'm busy''
This is usually a bad thing because she isn't offering an alternative. But now, you have to lose man points just to ask her again when she is free. Always ask THEM when THEY are free. Blind guessing availability + girls always are busy = Lotta wanking |

Once again.. We have oneitis game and coworker game. Makes up the majority of this forum. This one is simple though man.. If you've been in close proximity with a woman all of those times and you've never made any forward move to escalate beyond what she was currently giving you permission to do you already know where you stand. You choose to build up some fantasy in your mind and then ask her out instead of grabbing the bull by the horns and pushing beyond the limits in the moment you were with her. Its like the high school nerd who convinces himself he's in love with the high school cheerleader who uses him to copy his home work. This was an attention fix. One that you allowed, and you got what guys get who do not go for what they want. |

Why is everyone saying oneitis? It's not oneitis, but I need to know the mistakes I have made to learn not to do them again. Also, I understand the points you are making, the text didn't get a reply so I've moved on. I was thinking I hadn't escalated quick enough, but I thought I would ask advice to make sure my thinking was right. I appreciate the help. |

This one girl is somehow special to you when you've barely had a conversation with her= oneitusDoesn't make you a bad person bro but that is pretty much the definition of oneitus Anyway, you must of seen her at work by now? Did you do it or have you been putting off..honestly? |

I said I was sure of this person liking me, since I was sure of this person liking me and I'm not usually sure when I try and game. Barely had a conversation with her? I've had quite a few conversations with her, but she didn't seem too responsive at first, so I was working on my conversation skills. I also was trying to game someone else, but that one failed when she moved country. I did message her the message you gave me, but she didn't reply and I haven't seen her properly at work since. It doesn't bother me, I'll just move on. |

Why would you suggest a date on Saturday? People are busy during the weekends dude. They make plans for weeks in advance with their friends or whatever. Never attempt a first day during the weekend. Even better, never have a free weekend in the first place. |

I work evenings during the week and am busy during the days, so my only free time is the weekends SPAM. Although I'm going back to uni in a month, so I'm going to use this advice more when I get back. Thanks. |
