I've put many of clients on the 90 days of no masturbation. And I say more than half of them got laid during that time. A little self control will take you a long way and not just with women. Masturbating is the easy way out. Takes no skill, takes no development of character, and if you're not already getting laid is going to send you moving backwards. Give it up for 30 days and you will see women paying you a lot more attention. You'l be producing more energy, you'll have a bigger and brighter presence, which is something women pay a lot more attention to than they do a guys physical attributes. Every action has a reaction and every cause has an effect. Give it a try. 30 days out of your life isn't much to commit to something that could potential solve your issues. |

It's so tough, but 90 days no Porn, Masturbation, or Orgasm is kickass. We as men are starting to realize how harmful the overabundance of high speed internet porn and its terrible effects on our libido. It has only been maybe a day and a half and my energy levels are through the roof!!!
