Hey, I'm gonna be in college next year, and I'm undecided about my major. I'm somewhat interested in business. What do you guys think is a good thing to study that will help me with being a good PUA? (no, I wont major in something just because it will help me in that aspect) David D talks about how marketing helped him with women because many of the concepts of attracting customers to a product and women to you are the same. Like in the movie glengarry glenross, Al Pacino, the most alpha salesman does the best. Alec Baldwin, another alpha male in the movie is extremely successful. Psychology obviously has to have some benefits. |

I personally wouldn't pick your major based on PUA. Just choose what path you want to go down, and look for things that relate to PUA there. |

I'd actually say that being in engineering hinders my abilities a bit, being that I only have so many classes to practice as there are no females in my core classes.

You'll learn a lot about human nature if you major in psychology, but, take it from me, it won't open many doors for you in the working world. I majored in psychology, and all the people I know from my graduating class are having a difficult time getting great jobs. Don't try to pick a major that's going to enhance your game; pick one that's going to find you a good job. You want something that's either going to give you a lot of room for advancement or allow you to open your own business. I'd recommend going health (science background), business, or economics. You'll open up a lot of doors with a degree in any of those fields. You should plan on going to graduate school, as well. It's getting competitive out there, and it takes a lot more to be really successful. Everyone I know who makes a lot of money either went to a high-tier private college and got a good degree, or has a master's. Having a successful career will boost your game a helluva lot more than just taking some major. It'll give you great confidence, and you won't have to make up stories to try and sell yourself. When women see you roll in with classy wear and a nice watch, they'll know you're the sh*t. Believe me, all the hottest girls are going to be taking majors like English, Women's Studies, Political Science, etc. anyways. I REALLY suggest against taking a major just for the girls. They might be interesting to learn, but good luck trying to get anything $80K/year once you graduate. |

Do what you want and love what you do. I would say that even for Engineering majors that could be a plus because it is really interesting and you DHV yourself w/ it so what if there are nothing but HB 1-3s in your classes, when said in a social setting in a DHV kind of way it could be used to your advantage. I am environmental studies major because it interests me. If you want to do PU for a career, than marketing, psych, econ. (because of theories of human behavior) et al, are probably all good bets. For me, if I wanted to make my life PU, this is what I would do. I don't so I am content to have PU materials help me be successful both professionally and socially. |

sociology moreso than psych, psych is more of the science of the brain. soc is human interaction, and im a soc major and love it, and it really helps me understand social dynamics thati read about in MM. but i took sociology because i like it not for PUA |

I'm enthusiastic and knowledgable in Psychology and sociology, and that's what I was originally studying in community college. These are great interest to have, andbecause of this, I understand the full contexts of seduction material. Because most of the game is psychology and sociology put into perspective. But I was studying that because of my personal interest and passion and didn't consider wtf would I do with a sociology degree. A lot of people also told me that no ones gonna pay to to be a sociologist, and to get somewhere profitable with a soc/psych education I would need like a PhD. Dropped out early last year. Currently am studying business management/marketing at a different college. Cuz these skills have become increasingly relevant to my interests, and they are applicable to most any field of work, or my own innovations. Degree or not, this is stuff that can actually be used and applied by anyone who's working. |
