there is a guy on youtube that says he used to have extreme social phobia. maybe you have seen him, he is the guy that went on the street naked and tried to pick up. anyway, in one of his videos, he says one major even that eliminated his social phobia was one when he experienced major public humiliation. He didn't go into detail, that's all he said. A long time before watching this video, I had discovered this myself. When I am embarrassed or rejected, it makes me realize how much it doesn't matter and how it's all as bad as I had made it to be in my head. but the feeling is temporary. I need some major embarrassment or public humiliation. Any ideas what I can do? something where people would laugh at me or say "what an idiot" or something like that? Basically, I need my worst fear to actually happen so I can realize it's not a big deal. |

Wear light colored pants and piss them. Then walk around in the mall and approach everyone. |

Walk into a large store like a Walmart when its packed with people. While standing in the check out line scream at the top of your lungs and then proceed to purchase your item. Everyone will stare for 45 seconds tops, and then it will be as if it didn't happen. People have too many problems of their own to concern themselves with yours. |

This doesn't really seem like it would help. But if we're tossing out ways to humiliate yourself, go hit on a fat girl in front of people. Nothing could possibly more humiliating. Beg her to date you. Tell her you will do anything for her, if only she gives you a chance. And if she says yes, go on a date with her - in public. Make out with her in front of people. Call her your girlfriend. Post pictures of her on your facebook. You will never know a shame deeper, than publicly dating a fat chick. |

well you could make a game out of it come up with the most ingenious way to get yourself blown out i used to hang out with guys in london one guy i know used to basically approach once he did and he opened he would freeze like a statue until she blew him out, guys would be peeing themselves laughing whilst she is still talking to him and he just aint responding. one guy would walk around with a copy of 'dating for dummies' approach then start reading lines out of the book in front of the girl, i used to do a blithering hugh grant impression then start reading from a notepad where i would deliberately stumble my words just to get blown out, my personal favourite that one guy who was big in the uk scene would do the approach and just tell them to blow him out one girl i particularly remember didnt want to he then would then try and stir her up just to do it, she would be no im a nice girl, and he would be no your not your a really bad naughty girl instead of arguing she starting agreeing yeah im a bad naughty girl. i was just in shock in the end he was just like your too easy bye so he ended up blowing her out. |
