where do you ground your confidence from? a book told me to ground it to your inner qualities
like im friendly im committed im bla bla bla and not from your appearance and possesion status for they are temporary
and if its correct how?

and theres this scenario at school theres this girl whenever i greet or make conversation with her on the hallway or at class she seems ignoring and not interested in me and its not only one ..mostly they are the confident secured high level babes ... .. it makes my brain analyze negativity for i dont understand why they do that to me! my confidence is breaking '

Confidence comes from competence. Competence comes from repetition. Keep approaching. Don't focus on one girl, but work on developing your skill set by gaming other girls. If one girl gives you an attitude, should you let that affect your day? No! The next girl you approach will have a different reaction. If she is positive, great! If no, then ask yourself why? Maybe you should change up your approach. See what works and what doesn't and you will start becoming competent.

Confidence all stems from the core "beliefs" you have about yourself.

Now beliefs are a lot different than what you think of yourself. Your beliefs are the things that you have been consistently thinking for years and years that have turned into beliefs through repetition.

I.E. " I am the most attractive man on the planet earth"

Now the first time you say the above it is just a thought, and if you're current reality is no where near the thought it will be a "weak" thought. Now the more and more you repeat it, the stronger and stronger the thought will become until it is eventually a belief. If you currently believe that you are hideous, it may take 5+ years of repeating this thought over and over until it has become a belief. If you currently believe you are a decent looking guy, it may only take one year of repeating this thought until it becomes a belief. It all depends on where you are.

Confidence is something that takes consistent mental repetition to develop. Too many people think this shit is suppose to just happen over night. Its like exercising, you have to work out everyday and eat right to get the body you want. So if you want confidence you have to work you mind out every single day for months and months to get that six pack ripped mental confidence.
