Hi, gentleman. A girl I'm intersted in just broke up with her bf (she was the one who dumped him and says he was too clingy). How do I procede? Any special technique to use in a situation like this? Thanks |

You might be leaving out a bit (a lot) of information needed to give you a decent response... Your ages, how you know her, how long you've known her, your relationship with her, how long her last relationship was, have you ever had a girlfriend? ETC... |

Sorry, my bad. I'm 23, she 19. Met her at a summer volunteer project for my local comunity about one and a half years ago and we remained close firends after that. Her last relationship was 6 or 7 months. I had a girlfriend for almost two years (when I was 19/20) and only a few casual hook ups after that. |

I'm almost willing to bet that she sees you as a girlfriend or an emotional tampon... Particularly if you 'remained close friends with her' while being sexually interested while she was in a relationship... But hey, I don't know either of you. The answer is escalation. Read up on it. Google the Vin Di Carlo escalation ladder and start off small... Your goal will be to identify yourself as a sexual option to her, and not just as a close friend (harder than it sounds if you've already got solid positioning as her girlfriend). Do not tell her you like her or are interested in her. It's game over for you if you do that. SHOW her you like her and are interested in her by escalating. |

Whats the situation? How do you know her? I've gotten with a chick in the past who had just broken up with her boyfriend through Facebook.. By texting her " You broken hearted?  " and then following up to whatever she said with "So go with me  " We had flirted some in the past, but it never really went anywhere. It was a school thing. |
