I still have to attempt a real approach using PUA routines. I am constantly cut down by my own AA. Is it really as easy as just go for it and forget the fear.Its almost like im just as afraid succeding as i would be failling. Anyone have any advice on it, or can give me a first time experience they had. |

Look man, do this. -Get your opener ready in your head. -Walk into the bar, look to your left, the first girl or group of girls you see walk towards them and spit it out. DONT THINK ABOUT ANYTHING!! Just GO!! Stay and chat or leave, whichever just keep doing that till you feel more comfortable. |

This stuff really works right. I dont doubt its just hard to believe me doing it. Ive been thinking of my own openers in my head, do you think i should do my own or use some of the many classics ive heard. |

Definetly use the ones you've heard. Chances are your body language and vibe are going to dictate how the interaction goes. But who cares, just start opening people, get used to the feeling. |

Hey how we all doing? chose an opener before the night begins and use this opener as then you can focus on the shit that matters including body language and pushing the convo and kino. also by choosing this one opener you know it works as it works for others so now you just gotta open open and open. The more times you open the more you will isolate this feeling of approach anxiety. He’s routinely getting newbies and current members out sarging, pushing them into sets, given them suggestions and advice, replying to posts more often then anyone else. (Come out Wednesdays and you’ll see what I mean). Also, I have not once heard him making excuses about not going out and pussying out. If anyone else can show me this, I will automatically promote you to any status that you want on this board. (including admin). Now .. I (and others) .. have tried a more sugar coated / feel good approach to getting guys to come out. Truth be told, it hasn’t worked anywhere close as well. I'm dissappointed that with all the free resources, and the cool guys that we have offering free advice, so few people actually make use of it, go out consistantly, and get better with women, instead of dabbling and keyboard jockeying." Open, open, open, open, open. The only way to get over your fear is to face it head on. At first, use the canned openers that you've heard here or elsewhere. As you gain confidence, you can start integrating your own and "winging it." Trust me, I know how debilitating AA can be. The only way to get over it is to open. |

hey guys i also get this type of fear, its so annoying. but from what I fell i think going up to a girl and say "hi, how you doing? dont you think its rude to ask me how i feel after i asked you?" seems like the easiest opener to pull off. im gonna try that 2nite since its MY 21 BDAY!  , but honesly does not feel like such a speacial day nemore, will have a fuckin proper piss up at the weekend no doubt about that.
