I have a 5'9" ripped and big physique, better for bodybuilding then every single guy at my university with 4500 guys. Is this considered freaky and steroids or alpha? I did it partly to become alpha. I have a receding hairline though. I COULd and want to get hair replacement surgery to make It perfect again. Can I still be alpha? I have been alpha at smaller sizes with all of my hair but have recently BEEN omega and beta. |

You have it all wrong. You got weirdly huge at 5'9" to be alpha? Alpha is an attitude, a mindset. I know scrawny kids that are alpha. And since you lost hair you are beta or omega? With that mindset, I doubt you have ever been alpha.

It's all in the way you act and behave... Posting questions like this, you're acting like a little bitch. So it doesn't matter how you look. |

I'm pretty jacked, I stand out in a crowd of most guys, and stand at 5'9. I'm an ectromorph naturally so I have leaner, lankier muscles and a strong v taper. I'm also considered to be 'very' handsome, i hear it enough times. Does that mean women will throw themselves at me? No, and they don't. Alpha, like a lot of the other guys alluded to is a mind set, you can't BUY it or get it from spending countless hours in the gym daily. It's how you feel about yourself; if you feel attractive, you'll exude that. If you feel positive; you'll exude that, etc. If you have small man syndrome in spite of building up a wall of muscle, it won't mean shit all at the end of the day re: your success with women. Are women attracted to muscular, athletic physiques? Absolutely. But make no mistake, a lot o guys who claim they get more women since they'd started working out are usually getting these women because THEY feel more confident in themselves as a result and they exude that air of confidence to others; THAT'S what's attractive, the fact they have nice bodies is a bonus. |

some girls like it, some girls dont, but guys don't fucking kid yourself, there is a BIG difference between how you are first perceived if you are 5'9" 130lbs or 5'9" 175lbs or 5'9" 200lbs. Yea, some guys are alpha as fuck despite being tiny scrawny and skinny, but that is actually NOT the norm. However, it mostly hurts with 'alphaness' around guys than girls. |

5'9" 200 lbs. Probably pretty funny looking.

I know fat guys that get laid, I know skinny guys that get laid, and I know ripped guys that get laid. I also know fat, skinny, and ripped guys who don't. Alpha is completely a reflection of how you see yourself from the inside. Now if you already have high self esteem as a fat guy, getting in shape would definitely add more, but its not necessary. I was stocky for a while, and I never cared about getting in shape because I was still dating the most attractive women within the communities i involved myself in. Get in shape for who? For what? Thats what I would say. But I finally got in shape for health reasons; and it put my confidence up a little, but nothing significant. I'm still getting fairly the same amount of attention I always get from women. |

Dude I was straight up yolked. I was 230-240 with abs. Everyone knew me because I was I was so jacked and got comments everyday about it. However I had 5 girls at the same time when I was 190lbs with abs and hair. I'm thinking about doing that again with a hair transplant just because I remember being so happy like that. |

Whatever makes you happy but that, as the author of "models" would explain, could be False Confidence. If you are just doing it because that is when you were successful. However I had 5 girls at the same time when I was 190lbs with abs and hair. I'm thinking about doing that again with a hair transplant just because I remember being so happy like that. I know badass dudes with shaved heads. My dad has been bald since 22 and dude could pull any tail he wants, for real. He's 5'11" not a bit of ripped muscle on him. Just normal sized, tonish physique. But he presents himself like a G and owns every fuxking room. It's a mindset son. He'll get the hot ones because he doesn't fear rejection but encourages it. |

Take it easy with reflecting back on the past because it has been tainted by emotions. Right now, it probably seems like it would be perfect if you were in the same shoes now, but things change and people change. Maybe one day you'll wake up with a full head of hair, and after years of having hair and still struggling with women, you'll say to yourself "This wasn't all I thought it would be cracked up to be."However I had 5 girls at the same time when I was 190lbs with abs and hair. I'm thinking about doing that again with a hair transplant just because I remember being so happy like that. Overall, there are many factors that made you alpha back then vs now, so unless you're dead-set on a transplant (idk, maybe it looks really bad), I would hold off on it and look at how to "own" your look. It sounds to me like you're probably in decent shape, so maybe your style is what's lacking and not capturing as many glances/looks. Basically, take a look at what other aspects of your mind and body you need help with and take care of them first. As for your original question: I believe body-building can help round you out as a person, but I have seen those that go overboard. It's like anyone with an interest, it's cool that you're into something, but don't get geeky about it or it will make you awkward. |

That's not real confidence. That would be the same thing as being confident because you drive a nice car or have a nice house. When that stuff is all gone... are you still going to be confident? Work on building true confidence in yourself and knowing that no matter what you look like or what you have... You're still a bad ass mother fucker. |
