Actually, there are a few things you can do to increase your stamina. First, if you can, take a nice hot bath beforehand. (this will lower your sperm count, and somewhat de-sensitize you. Next, beat off! Look into the "squeeze technique"

Another thing you can try is "Kegel Excercises" which basically constitute you squeezing your butt cheeks and if you can make your dick go up and down without holding it, you've pretty much got it. I was checking this out on the net, and it may be of use as well.
