Post subject:  I need to get laid
Long story short, I'm 23 years old, studied too hard in school, never had a girlfriend, never had sex, and have a lot of catching up to do. My biggest obstacle is not being a fast talker, and I'm not loud. I tend to blame it on the stuff that I've had to go through growing up and until I graduated college, but I'm ready to change.

I know the key is confidence, and I have no trouble turning it on if I don't think. For me, the trouble is making it stay on. I live in a city that's pretty hard to meet people. There's almost no activities, but I can't let that stop me. The bars isn't really my scene. I'm thinking cafes are a good bet. But it's exhausting to just hang around a place all day hitting on girls. How does it work for you?

I'm going to try the mall challenge sometime this weekend.

There's a mall there which indicates the town isn't some place with only 100 ppl or whatever. Probably plenty of girls around. Start thinking that women would LOVE to meet a guy like you and that they are all over the place and see if that doesn't change your perspective when you're out. It doesn't need to be an organized event to meet women. They're everywhere you go.

The best way to meet women is to have something better to do than meet women. Go do something you enjoy and talk to people while you're there. If you really hate your town, move somewhere else where you can be happier. But like oceanx said, women are everywhere if you look.

By the way, you don't have to be a fast talker. Presence matters, holding people's attention, and it is something you can work on, as well.
