First of all you rock. The fact that you are even hitting on older girls shows a ton of confidence. Again, you rock my friend. You might want to change your game up. First you have to decide if you want to get with a really hot older girl or an average older girl. Hell you might as well go into cougar territory and fuck a 35 year old sugar moma. Just don't get confused if she tells you she loves you, that's the key to run away.
