Post subject:  Am I being creepy?

So I need some advice. I met a girl through my best friend when we went out to a club last thursday. The girl works with my friend. She met up with us on saturday as well and I talked to her a little more and she seems really cool. I want to hang out with her some more but casually like we did before going out somewhere with friends. I didn't get her number but I did add her on facebook. Tomorrow is the day I assumed I would see her again since she tends to go out on Thursdays with my friend and I was going too. Well my friend isn't going out tomorrow. He has to stay home and study for finals. I was thinking of going out with some other friends and messaging her on Facebook to see if she wants to join us. The way I planned this would be to send her something around 8, 8:30 saying "Hey, what's up? Are you at home cramming for finals like my friends tonight :)" If she says yes, then I'd say something like "Yeah Hopefully everyone isn't doing the same thing or it's going to be a really boring night out." If she says no, that she is going out I could say "Oh well me and a few friends are going to X, you should meet us there later". And if she says nothing at all, I just feel like a creep who should have not messaged her at all. Let me know what you guys think. And time is of the essence since this is tomorrow night. Thanks guys

Nothing really wrong with your plan.

Just don't be overly wordy with your texts or replies...

"You at home cramming for finals?" is fine...

And if she answers yes, then make a joke and say good luck...

If she says no, then you tell her you and some friends will be at X - and she should join you.

Nothing to lose.
