| Post subject: | how can I feel validated on the inside? |
This is a short but very deep and meaningful question. I am hoping some of the well-respected and experienced people here will provide answers. how can I be in love with myself, or feel validated from the inside? how can I reach a state of mind where I dont need everybody else's validation to feel good? how can I really believe (not just pretend to believe) that "I am the man"? |
