Might be a bit of a strange question to ask since this isn't really about pick-up, but how do you guys protect yourselves against the possibility of women who consent to sex and then claim rape? I know such a thing is rare in many western countries, but where I live conservative Asian culture is a big thing and women will lie to make themselves appear pure and untainted, at the cost of landing a man in jail. Please, instruct me. |

First off, you have to isolate a girl to your apartment. If she goes with you willingly, it will be her word against yours. If she willingly goes with you to a motel or business hotel, let her sign on the guest book. Second, always save a girl's text messages who agreed on a Day 2. If she texted those "I love you's", then you're good. If your phone memory is limited, get extra memory. Third, make sure she isn't a minor. Even if you wore a condom but ate her pussy, your DNA will still be in there if worse comes to worst. Statutory rape is the worst kind of rape you can ever make. Fourth, for safety reasons, always fuck a sober girl. Besides, drunk girls are lousy fucks and they take a long time to cum. Fifth, fuck her good so she'll keep on coming back. If she keeps on coming back, it will be a tall order for her to prove that you raped her. |

How exactly does isolating her to my room and presenting the ILY'S work in the case of an actual legal dispute? Not contradicting you, but trying to understand how I would have to play it in the case of an actual event. I get the minor and drunk one. What charges would she be pulling in the drunk one though? |

excellent question, I have been meaning to ask this for a while. true, it's your word against hers, but police and juries like to believe women, not men. I know this doesn't answer op's question, but I just wanted to say it's an excellent question. |

In legal disputes, you have to understand the concepts of mitigating and aggravating circumstances. Judges have encountered several rape cases during their career and patterns of human behavior don't lie. Human's are creatures of habit. Behavioral patterns are what make or break criminal cases.Mitigating circumstances like you bringing a girl to your apartment involves eye witnesses like neighbors who didn't hear any screaming, neighbors who saw the girl having fun in your presence, neighbors who saw the girl kissing you and so on and so forth. ILYs are mitigating circumstances too. Search for Supreme Court jurisprudence (decisions on actual cases) on rape and you'll get a better idea on the mitigating circumstances versus aggravating circumstances. When judges see patterns that the girl is lying, the case gets dismissed in your favor. I haven't been charged with rape yet so ask someone who won or lost a rape case. I only gave you advise on prevention via mitigating circumstances. Of course, the best way to prevent a rape case is to bang girls real good. If girls just had the best fuck of their lives, they're unlikely to cry out rape. I haven't been charged with rape yet nor sexual harassment so I guess I'm doing great.Quote: I get the minor and drunk one. What charges would she be pulling in the drunk one though?
A drunk girl is likely to be raped. There are several cases on this. A drunk girl is an aggravating circumstance that will work AGAINST you.
