Say you are in a LTR with a chick and she says something mid conversation that you bring up at a later time. For instance:

One time my girl said something that could have been interpreted as her having an STD. So I brought this up and she asked if I had been thinking about it, and I said frankly yes you should come clean with me about that comment.

OR

If you feel disrespected in a relationship in any way, then two days later tell her in a manly way what needs to change.

OR

If she constantly says you are dismissive of her needs, then you read an article and say you thought of her when reading it, how it is important in a relationship to maintain a respect for each other.

The reason I am asking this is, my girl has said "have you been thinking about this" and "are you going to go two days then bring this up?" once or twice when I've done this. Granted the STD thing I know is fine since it is a health issue, but what if you wait a bit instead of saying it right away, but you communicate with her in a healthy manner

buying dinner can be beta ("would you allow me take you out to a romantic dinner my lady") or it can be alpha ("I'm having dinner at X tomorrow. join me.")
So that is why I think it doesn't detract from your alpha to show your emotions sometimes, or to show you're thinking about her. In fact, i think it's essential.

The aforementioned examples are not either A or B by themselves, nor do they raise any red flags in my opinion.
