Post subject:  What is your MBTI personality type?

Hey, I am curious what personality type people on this forum are according to the MBTI. Feel free to post your MBTI type and comments below.

I am an ENFP.
Understanding personality types provides massive PUA value for me because it helps me to read girls and communicate with them accordingly. It especially helps me to identify "Thinker" girls and explains my attraction to them.

ISTJ

- at work: I am definitely ISTJ

- gaming/PUA: i have a very sharp eye for details. In the beginning I started PUA by the 'MM rules". Now it is part of my innergame and I am letting loose of these rules :)

Thank you very much for your answer. There are not many ISTJs who are into the MBTI.
What you are saying makes a lot of sense regarding the ISTJ personality. So just for me to get it right: You probably chose the Mystery Method because it gave you a clear set of rules to follow. It also described in detail what to do in which situation with pick up lines.
How do you approach it now that you have internatlised this system - Are you more spontaneous? Or do you still see a link between your ISTJ personality and your game approach?

Hey John, had a look at your website. What is your motivation or recipe as an ENFP to keep fit? Regular physical exercise is the only thing that I struggle with on my self improvement agenda.

I do best with structure. I have a food and exercise plan. My exercise isn't perfect but my food is nearly perfect. I stick to the plan.

And that doesn't get boring? Don't you need a purpose that makes you stick to the plan? E.g. look good while walking down the beach; feel confident to kick someone's ass when it is necessary to defend the honour of a lady?

I think I'm INTJ, but I'm also extroverted in many ways as well. I just hate relying on people and love being completely self-sufficient.

How do you incorporate strategy into your game? Do you have a certain system that you follow to make interactions more predictable / controllable?

Yes, I have a strong purpose. I now help others who are struggling with their weight and I want to continue to spread the message to others. This helps me on a daily basis.

Hi Socrates Rocks,

indeed, there are not many ISTJs in MBTI or even in the PUA world. Does being an Introvert impact my game? Of course!

At work I am a typicaly ISTJ. A calm, analytical professional. But in the Game, I can be totally different. One of main misunderstanding is that Introvert equal shyness. This is NOT true. When I am at parties, or in pubs I can be amazingly spontanious or dominant. When I game a girl, I can be so talkative, controlling the frame. But it is true aboug introvert: my energy level drops after opening 4 a 5 sets. That means I have hit the jackpot before my fifth set :)

And you are right, i started with MM since it is very structured. This is very useful for Introverts, it provides a frame. After a while I got familiar with the structure/phases, and got some successes, I don't think anymore. I just do!

In a nutshell, Introvert people can be PUAs too. Even good ones.

I'm 26 and I still don't know what MPTI am I.

According to this wiki chart
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MyersBriggsTypes.png

lets say for Extravert and Introvert I match both descriptions. I mean in some moments I'm extravert and in other i'm what is described as introvert.

Almost the same goes for the other indicators.

And that really confuses me.

There are some online tests you can do for free to find out your type. Then you can read the profile description of your type (many descriptions online as well) and see how you can relate to it. Normally it is very insightful.
