It is human nature to assume the worst when dealing with unknown situations.I'd like to ask:

For example: When you see a hot girl and you want to approach her ... This is what most guys will think with in 30 seconds.
1) Oww ... she is hot. (1 second)
2) I should approach her. (1 second)
3) What should I say ... (1 second)
4) What if I am intruding (1 second)
5) What if she has a boy friend (1 second)
6) What if the boy friend comes (1 second)
7) What if I embarrass my self (1 second)
What if I am to ugly (1 second)9 ) What if my penis is to small (1 second)
10) I'm to short to approach her. (1 second)
11) There is to many guys here. (1 second)
12) What if my friends see me get rejected. (1 second)
13) ... more negative rationalization why not to approach ....
- The longer you wait to approach ... the more you will think of things not to approach or ASSUME the worst possible outcomes. This is what approach anxiety is. Negative thoughts that hinders you from doing the right thing.
Therefore, do the opposite of waiting ... by training your self to approach with in seeing a girl.
- To further increase your reaction time is to approach every girl.
- It doesn't matter if you approach a ugly, fat, hot, tranny, too young or too old ... as long it is a girl ... approach.
- Only when you are within 30 seconds within the interaction you can decide if she is ugly, hot, or a tranny.
The point of this is to take sooooo muuuuccchh ACTION that your brain cannot keep up to you!
- The other point to this is to get enough PROOFS that you will not die for approaching hot girls ... this will re wire your brain so that you don't think/assume bad outcomes for approaching girls. You will also re wire your brain to treat each girl, not matter how ugly or hot they are, the same. If you only commit to hot girls ... you will put them on a pedestal and you will come out needy like a homeless person asking for change ...
Commit to all interactions whether she is ugly, fat, or a tranny :p ... every interaction is an another opportunity to sharpen the blade! Remember you don't have to sleep with these girls :p ... If you commit to every girl you will improve and hone your skills for pick up.
- Question: Which one will help you significantly improve your skills ... approaching 20 girls or 1 to 3 girls a night?
So when you do see a girl you want to go all the way with you have hone your skills through repetition were it becomes second nature ^_^.
EVERY GIRL IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHARPEN THE BLADE O_O!
Your only goal is that you took action to approached ... Which will give you good positive emotions to carry to the next set and you will not come in like you have an agenda ...
