Being a virgin is not a DLV. It actually doesn't have any effect whatsoever on your game, unless you use it to your advantage, which is possible. The ONLY possible thing which could be negative about being a virgin is that it CAN (but doesn't have to, it depends on how you carry it) give signals of scarcity, the opposite to abundance and preselection.

It's all about setting the frame. Let your virginity be something that you are proud of, and that you are not one of those promiscuous PUA:s who sticks their dick in anything that moves. Actually, this promiscuity is what makes pickup even harder than it needs to be, since it contradicts many of the "rules" of pickup (as in don't be a try-hard, don't be needy etc). If you know what kind of girl you are looking for, and you are willing to say no to those who don't match your standards, you will immediately turn into a high value man that earns people's respect.
