Most of the time if you think you're being creepy you're just in your head too much. Without actually meeting you or talking with you in person, no ones going to be able to give you any advice other than generic stuff. But I'd say if you are getting in the trenches and talking with girls and not getting blow out after blow out, then you are not being creepy. Just get that out of your mind.

How do you come off as not creepy?

In general I found that creepiness is driven less by what you do but more by the timing of things. For example, a lot of good technique, eye contact, kino, etc. come off as creepy if you do it too early. I actually wrote an article about appearing creepy on my site (link in sig).
