Hey!
I met this girl last week, and i like her. She seems keen to, wants to talk to me, ask questions about me, she says i am "fantastic" (how should i take that?) and she has agreed to meet me sometime.

I want to ask her out on sunday, but how should i do it?

How do i escalate from hugging to snuggle and kissing? just general escalation would be nice!

treat her more like a girl you have already been dating, and less like a friend

with going from a hug to kissing etc.
just kiss her, hopefully she was expecting it cause the way you treat her makes it obvious it would come from you sooner or later and she either likes that and wants to keep moving on in that direction with you, or she doesn't think about you that way
