I've been reading some material and watching videos and stuff regarding pick up. There seems to be different theories on how to go about the process. Should I look into the RSD stuff? Or stick with the routine orientated model. Whats your recommendation? I really want to learn this but its confusing as a beginner and I need some advice on how to start. Thanks. |

Where to begin all depends on how good you already are with women. One can only tell by watching you in action. I started out with all "outer stuff", my body language, tonality, clothes etc. Whatever you do, don't go into routines. Aim to become a natural. With that being your goal, start reading about all "techniques" with one very important and never-ending question playing on repeat inside your head: "How does that relate to how normal people behave?" As you gain more experience, you will realize that most techniques are not "creating attraction" as they claim, they only make you avoid stupid mistakes that make you unattractive. Realize that in order to be socially accepted by others, you need to be "normal". You need to be like them, talk like them, have similar body language as them, wear similar clothes and behave like them etc. But still you need to be slightly different in order to stand out and get attention. To be "normal" means that you should NOT run any techniques or routines or even try to get laid. You should in fact not do pickup at all. Instead, just go out and have fun with your friends, be open and talk to everybody, dudes as well as girls. Don't approach. Just talk to people. The only not-so-normal thing to do is to try to become an attention-whore, if it doesn't come naturally. Girls are usually attracted to men who have people's attention, so called "natural leaders". Books I recommend are: * Art of seduction by Robert Greene * The art of reading minds by Henrik Fexeus * Every body gets some by Henrik Fexeus (pickup manual inspired by The Game). |

Here is how I started: I read the Game, made my own openers similar to Mystery's and Style's (PM me if you want a couple of them), and started that way. You can transition to natural game in the later months, but what you really need to do is talk to as many girls as possible right now, and canned openers give you something to say. Additional things to do: -Learn two mid game routines/ games and a couple negs. -Read about kino escalation. -Change clothing. -Practice body language and voice. -Eat right, exercise. -Go to the clubs a minimum of two times a week, and approach as many groups of girls as possible. With this basic outline, in a period of about 5 months, I went from virgin to getting: -Dozens of numbers -Many day twos -10 lays with very attractive girls -Several instant makeouts Fast success can be had with canned material. That fast success will fuel your natural game, which is what is happening with me now, and I am still getting laid. I'd try canned material until it works, and then start working on becoming more of a natural. |

RSD was what helped me get started. To answer your question, don't stick to routines and stuff because the advanced level is where your a complete 'natural'. Its impossible to get to that level if your sticking to a script because you aren't forced to adapt and become more attractive as a person. If you want to start but your a REALLY uncomortable with approaching, do a little newbie challange and walk around and jsut say hi to as many people as you can. Then find wingmen and let them make you approach. From there keep going. -goundy |
