What is going on with this chick? she tells me she really likes me and she arranged 3 dates with me and flaked 3 times telling me she was to shy as she likes me so much. She asks for my help with class work frequently and tells me she owes me. She invited me round to hers and when I asked what time she ignored the question as if she had no intention of committing, then when I text her later to see her plans she said she couldn't. Why does she keep arranging dates if she's just gunna flake. Surely if she likes me no matter how shy she is she's gunna commit. Im fed up with it and ive done the go cold on her, gets her interested again but only for her to flake a forth time! I know I should probably just walk away. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on? is she just playing me and likes the attention? and what should I do? |

You should walk away and are probably leaving out details. She is not interested by her actions. Are you sure she says she likes you or is it in response to you saying that you like her? Maybe she is using you for homework help. |

Well Shes did break up with her boyfriend 6-8 weeks agao. however she told me a few times she likes me and her friends have also told me she likes me. ive seen her in town a few times and kissed her and she seems really into me and then her interest levels just drop, I almost get the feeling she just likes the attention or she isnt sure what she wants and is keeping me around until she knows. |

Many women are validation seekers, and most likely she's one of them. Or, it could be she's just coming from an insecure relationship or whatever that made her feel like she needed revalidation, maybe she just broke with a bf which was a source of validation and now she feels like reassuring herself with a new source, in this case, you. |

Move on. Freeze her out. Don't jump at her advances towards you. Be passive about them. Make her seek validation from you, not the other way around. IMO if she came out of an LTR she's probably not craving a dick right now. Depends on the person and it swings both ways, some people just need/want a grace period before they go all in. If she's not the type to get up and have some random dude balls deep in her she's happy just occasionally kissing you and not crazy for the big "d". What does she get from it? Attention. She's getting all the validation she doesn't get from her ex from you and she likes it, it makes her not notice her ex as much. Why would she go all in with you when you give her everything she needs? Why would she give anything away if she doesn't have to work for it. The way I see it is it's completely one sided and you're fucking batshit crazy about this chick if your past posts are anyway related to her. Move the fuck on, it's been a month, she's looking for attention and you're too willing to give it to her. |

As these things usually work, the moment you move on and get into a bunch of nice little 1-2's with girls, #s, dates, etc., you'll get a text from her. At that point you won't care as much which she will sense, causing her to be more into u. |
