The book "How to become an alpha male" by john alexander Out of boredom and free time for the coming 2 weeks, I have decided to read a book. Not because I'm weak, it's because I believe in self improvement and I do not stop, I continue to seek more and more information. So is this book decent enough? Any other GREAT books on how to become alpha? Thanks in advance! |

Read Models by Mark Manson. MindOS by Dr. Paul is also useful. These aren't Pickup Artist books though. I think all pickup books are garbage. |

I agree with GhostMan the best books to read aren't pick-up books. Get a book on something called "mindfulness", its a form of meditation. Done right it'll give you the confidence of someone skyhigh on meth while being sober. It won't just improve you pick-up it'll improve everything. |

Thanks a lot guys! I'm not reading any pickup books. Mostly books about self improvement and alpha-ness. I'm going to try some of the suggested books on this thread, thanks again. |

I read "Mindfulness For Dummies" but are gather they are all a similar concept. |
