jeez im to afraid to do half this stuff i cant physically buy pua material as my parents would probly find it i need to know the basics and how to do this without affecting my social status ar school |

You are afraid to this because it will affect your social status? It improves it if anything. I suggest buying "The Game" by Neil Strauss. If not in person you can get it on-line on stuff like Limewire. I don't condone that but whatever.  It doesn't teach you what to say such as in "The Mystery Method" but I think it's where everyone should start. |
