Post subject:  The 'I'm not over my ex' line, LJBF
I've been dating this girl for about a month now seeing her 2-3 times a week. Everything has been great. Escalated with her fast. Always keeping a sexual vibe with her. Met her closest friends last week and won her over, everything has been perfect and then I get this text... I have NOT responded yet. Looking for advice to turn this around. And funny enough, she sends it the day before i'm leaving for vacation.

we were going to have a date last night but she never contacted me until 11 pm and said shes been in the hospital for 5 hours because her brother had a fever and had to take him. I don't believe her. Next day I get this.

I don't plan on responding at all.

I do have the option to meet up with her tonight though. debating whether that would be a waste of time or not.

I have a feeling she met up with her ex instead last night.

I wouldn't push it any further just because I did when my ex did the "I'm not over my ex" line. I guess my PUA skills were good enough I turned her into my GF but after a while it crumbled because she legitly haven't gotten over her ex.

It'll just come back to hurt you if you pursue it. Sometimes it's a shittest when you barely know the girl but if you two are friends and she says that then it's probably not worth the pain.

have you been having sex w/her? if not then eh, you're probably done. If so, freeze out, reengage contact, don't behave like a friend.
