Ok so here is the short story:
There is this girl. She knows that i love her (I told her) and i know that she had feelings for me too. But because i messed it up (didnt do anything for to long, no kiss no nothing) she told me that she only wants to be friends for now even though she really likes me. Anyways... for some reason it feels like she starts playing games now. Every time we´re together we get really really close. Even when we talk we´re face to face all the time (Even at work! We work in the same place with a lot of customer contact!). She accepts touching, petting (arms, back, face!) and texts me messages with kiss smilies and hearts and what not... But when i ask her for a date she always says "i dont know" or "i dont have time that day" so it feels like she is trying to avoid a direct date but enjoys my attention anyways... And like i said she knows exactly how me feelings are for her... This girl is driving me crazy. Seriously. My plan is to go for it next time i get her on a date. So touch touch touch and of course k-close finally!
I have no idea what she is doing or thinking... I dont really know what to do now.

But still... i dont know whats wrong with her

you should have more going on in your life than just this chick.

One last question... Cut the contact is alright. How to act if she starts texting me again? Like i said. Without any obvious reason she sends me kiss smilies or some. What do i reply to that? Or do i reply to that at all? I know when i dont text her back anything at all she will be pissed...

Don't reply period. She is doing this as a way to confirm that she has you on a leash. Let her send all the kisses and smiles she wants - text/call her on your terms.
