What I'm about to tell you happened last Saturday night and I've joined PUAforum as a result....I really don't want it to happen again!
Anyway, so I (24 years old) was in the Club, its a new place, pretty suave, and I'd never been there before. The place was packed and I got separated from my friends. I was standing at the bar (alone) when this absolute stunner walked past me (she is 22). We're talking about a top notch worldie - 10 out of 10! She approached me. Yes, she approached me! She asked me where I was sitting. I was stunned, totally f*cked up and said something quite dismissive. She then walked away but 5 minutes later came back and asked me again where I was sitting. I handled the question a little better this time and she then took me by the hand and brought me back to where she was sitting with all her crew (she turned out to be model with an agency and they were all out for the night). I was introduced to all her friends and she took my cell phone and put her number in it. I hadn't asked for it.
About 30 minutes passed and nothing really happened, we were just chilling, (I know, in hindsight I should have used this time MUCH better but in my defense I had drank a decent amount of vodka at this point so I wasn't as on the ball as I would have otherwise been) She spent a lot of those 30 minutes on her cell phone and taking photos. To be honest, we didnt say alot to each other during this time. Then she got up to leave (it was 4am). First she had to get her coat, she insisted that I wait for her to come back and emphasized the fact that she was coming back (again, I hadn't even expressed any concern that she wouldn't come back in the first place - this was all her) She then gave me a kiss on the cheek and left......
She didn't come back...
I waited until Monday evening, 7.30pm, to text her because I didn't want to be overly eager. This girl is definitely used to getting attention so I didn't want to be just another one of those guys who falls at her feet and texts straight away etc.
Anyway, here's what I said:
"Hey C, its J. Don't know what happened the other night, we sort of lost each other haha! Not sure if u have my number - I forgot that I have yours after you took my phone and sneakily added it!
Just thought I'd drop you a text to make sure this isnt some creepy randomer...not that they'd ever admit to it anyway!" My aim was to keep it light hearted and casual, hopefully she'd smile when she read it and then reply...then I'd ask her if she wanted to meet up BUT she hasn't replied....it's now Thursday evening.
QUESTIONs:
1) Where did I mess up? She was really keen on me all Saturday night until she vanished.
2) How do I stop it happening again and
3) Should I text her again or is she just not interested and I should leave it.
Come on guys, I'm relying on you!
