Post subject:  Fear of the known - Approach Anxiety
Hi folks,

So yeah ive done a few sets in my time but sadly havnt number closed many or gone any further, I am 17 and fairly happy with my progress since taking the PU arts seriously for about the last 3 or so months.

Doing some sets has got me a bit of a reputation which granted I didn't really want at college. Now whenever a girl above a 5 goes past people automatically want me to show them my 'game'

This has led me to know get a bit of approach anxiety, I got over my original anxiousness but have gone back to feeling it strongly again, even when on my own I feel less confident.

So what can I do and what should my aims be?
Im not that bothered about my 'status' at college as I don't care what people think of me to be honest.

LOL I get the same thing... You've got to keep one thing in mind... Are you putting on the show for the audience or the spot light? Don't do this to impress your friends. Running back to them like you got some type of trophy when you get a girls phone number won't do you any good. Might stroke your ego a bit, but who cares about your ego?

If you feel like you might be attracted to her, go ahead and approach her. If not, call your friend out on it ("Why don't YOU say something to her...?") and leave it at that. Don't feel as if you HAVE to approach someone. Know that you CAN if you want. There isn't enough time in the day to approach everyone. If you start feeling "approach anxiety" (which you always will. You're a human. It's normal) simply address the feeling and make a mental note of your thoughts and your actions once you get that feeling and adjust accordingly.

Fuck what your friends think dude lol go out without your friends if they bother you. That's what I do... My friends cock block me the most!!
