Have you tried to initiate anything with her in the past month? A month is a pretty long time to try and reheat a taco. Do you see her from time to time at school?
In any case, definitely don't call or text. You need to run back into her and peak her interest again. It's more or less starting over. Run into her "accidentally". Then do more of what worked before. Just forget about your cafeteria mishap, don't mention it, don't even think about. Act like you haven't though twice about her since and try to use your game, kino, etc to close her.
