First off she's Thirty years older than you? If you are like 20, she's 50, how do you have one-itus? And how is she HB10?
Second, don't listen to any of that advice on askmen.com, not only does it teach you to be AFC, it's teaching you how to be AFC to a Single Mother.
Not a unhappily married woman.

This is out of my league, but I've read LOTS of material regarding this.

You say you have a case of one-in-itus. Well we've all been there, and just by telling you to let it go, probably isn't going to happen. So my best advice is to tell you to point out what a nice guy her husband is (turning him into an AFC). And basically give her everything he isn't. If she is unhappily married, it's normally sex, and she's with him because she likes the security.

You need to meet up with this girl for coffee, and just act confident, (read up on body language. You met this girl online, she is only looking out for sex, seriously. I now don't even need to ask what she has said to you. I already know, and my question to you is, "why else would she be saying the things she's said to you?" "Why is she even talking to you anyways?"

Confessing your feelings kind of messed it up, you shouldn't have really done that. Women don't really like to accept responsibility, they will rationalize things so much inside their head, it doesn't make any logical sense. Unless she knows she's a cheat and flat out doesn't care, she isn't going to recipricate any sort of same feelings.

Theres only two outcomes that can come from confessing your feelings
#1) She says wow, me too, lets start our affair right now (possible, maybe she's missing passion, and you provide that passion)
#2) "I had no idea you felt that way, I have a family, two kids, I can't." (This is likely whats going to happen)

What you need to do is basically tell her what to do. " I'm going for coffee this day, come meet me." Then find some way to invite her back to your apartment, I have something cool I want to show you (I don't really know you, so I don't know) Maybe watch a movie together at your place.

The thing is, she is unhappy. She WANTS to do these things, but she wants someone to 'seduce her' into doing these things.

Im fairly new to the Game, and found a local wingman to work with. I met this HB10 online month and half ago, we like each other. She's a few years older(30) than me, has 2 kids and is married. She's unhappy and has called me a few times though on private. She says she can feel a connection and usually asks if I miss her. I usually neg her playfully, but confessed my feelings to her. Yikes. whats your recommendation? I like this chick, but I'm realistic to accept reality

But anyways, I personally would not get involved with her unless she gets a divorce. If someone finds out shes cheating, you could seriously fuck up some relationships. Her kids will always have a memory of their mom cheating on Daddy with some other guy. Her husband could go crazy and endanger both of your lives. The reward here does not surpass the risk. Plus, I wouldnt want to be involved in raising someone elses kids if they do get a divorce.

My best advice to you is let her be the one that got away your 20 years old the prime of your life. She will stunt your growth of pickup trust me you can do a lot better and an hb10 who is fifty with two kids married trust me sarge other girls and you will get over her alot more quickly. Don't start an affair not only would you be destroying you life and hers but you would also be putting her kids in it. Do you know how much drama that is. Its just not worth it. I usually stay away from married women altogether just because of my morals, but the extra baggage is just not worth it. Keep training to be a pickup artist for two more weeks get a few dates and get over her. sarge sarge sarge. She is fifty your twenty both of you have everything to lose. no offense

She's 30, Im 24. Right now, Ive decided to take a chill pill on this. She has confided in me how she feels about me, but Ive been straight up about her family life and the consequences of letting a PUA in her life. Even if her hubby is a douch. Right now, Im gonna meet a hot 34 year old. HB8 who's cool as hell and is the ideal girlfriend, only she's not as tall as I usually take them. I also met this waitress and told her Id pick her up for valentines after midnight. But maybe I'll hang out with HB8. Thanks for your honest input and opinions. Now I have a full busy schedule of fucking hot chicks, that I had to get 3 days off for valentines hehe. So awesome it is.

if i were you i would not get involved with married woman, its to dangerous ill tell you 2 quick stories an old fart told me first story: (to make it short) a guy he found was fucking a married woman for some time (few months) but one day the husband knew something was up, and followed them to a wood cabin in the woods.......anyways one day the old fart was driving and found a guy lying in the dirt all bloody and purple, he thought he was dead, so he called 911, later he found out that the husband found out his wife was cheating and the husband took a baseball bat and almost beat the guy to death and left him to die in the woods OUCH 2nd story was when he was doing a married girl in a hotel, and the husband found out, came inside with a 9 iron or bat one of those while they were still in bed and started wailing at him, he had to run out of the hotel with only underwear on and had to leave his clothes lol so if i were you unless your slick, i would not get involved with her
