Ok, I know all about not dating girls at work. Assume I could care less, its worked great for me before. We recently hired a girl I have known a while, we always got along great, she is somewhat shy, but we have a great rapport cocky and funny, flirty conversations etc.
Around christmas I heard she broke it off with her long term boyfriend, and was dating again. So I asked, she said sure!
A week later she was involved in a confrontation with her former boss, she told me she didn't want to date anyone at work.
I played it cool for the past 3 weeks, maybe to cool, she came up to me and said we haven't talked much recently. I wanted to say how confused I was but, I certainly didn't want her to know I was not happy with her flakey response. We recently have been talking again, I need to play it real casual, maybe take her out to lunch, maybe get a group together?
She reminds me of a girl I dated, somewhat shy, but bubbly, I had to take her out to lunch for a month, before we began going out, she was worth it.
I don't want to here move on etc. Most girls I have found are confused, and have some sort of entanglements. ex boyfriend or current.
She has been dating a new guy, about 3 weeks, but she already is not happy with him, so I am told.
How do I try again? I have also found some girls need to be asked out more than once, especially the shy ones.
