| Post subject: | Old friend |
Long story short I have a friend that has known me for about a year and a half. We had most of our interaction when I was a complete AFC etc and she still thinks of me in that way. Well the last two times I've run into her I have DHVed and I am working on breaking that old image of me she has. My question is, what is the most effective way to accomplish this, especially when she believes she is more dominant than me. |

The most effective way to change her view is to have a complete external make over

Gotcha, well I ran into her yesterday and being alpha told her to make plans for me today haha. Now she is taking me out shopping to 'pimp me out'. |

Just remember, you need to control the frame with her. I agree that changeing her veiw of you will take drastic visual proof, as well as verbal. Just remeber that letting her dress you doesnt make you alpha, women love changing guys and she will veiw this as you allowing her to control your identity. |

I was referring to making her set aside time for me. I will keep it in mind to not let her control the frame. Any suggestions on how to do so? |

Be careful not to get (more) into the LJBF list. Try not to communicate too often with her and don't return phone/text messages right away every time. Show her you have a life and other options. You might also want to try mentioning other girls and presenting yourself as more of a challenge than you have in the past. |

very wise comment, remeber you need to display that your the leader of men, that you are preselected and that you will hang about... mainly focus on the first two (if your up to scratch on your mystery technqiue)
