so I picked-up this HB9 at a dance club, got her number and kiss-closed. that was sweet I know what kind of music she prefers so I'm planning on taking her to a party with live music and stuff, dancing... and so on. I want to keep her as a GF so maybe you guys could give me some pointers on WHAT TO DO NOW please *EDITED* I forgot to mention that just when everything got 'hot' her friend (female) 'stole' her from me - they had to go soon and as soon as her friend saw us warming up she attacked like there's no tomorrow. F'd up... I think I should pretty much avoid her friend as much as possible because she makes my girl feel somewhat uncomfortable. suggestions? and one more thing - I hope I posted in the right place |

No worries there is no such thing as a wrong place to ask questions ! I would suggest u, to read the group approach from MM, as the friend acted so protectivly... The party planning looks like a really nice idea, just call her ... ( personally i like thursdays, ppl seem to be planning weekends mostly on thursdays). However i fear the damage is done Hope every thing works out for ya , as always let us know khalam |

personally i don't think it's a huge deal about the girl being taken out of the situation- think about all the emphasis style, mystery, NLP guys, put on the push/pull relationship- and from my own in field experience- push/pull is so money. anyway, i don't know if it's too late or not but DO NOT take her to a party. It's like taking a steak to a room full of hungry dogs. you're going to be warding off AFCs and AMOGs like there's no tomorrow, and as soon as you go to the bathroom or turn your back- that steaks going to be devoured within seconds. you're best bet- take her somewhere a little more neutral where you and your friends are going- bowling, pool, whatever- pick her up and have a girl in the front seat next to you. she'll be fighting for your attention all night. ~irony |

thanks for the help everyone first of all that friend came out of the blue - I haven't seen her all night. I would've atleast tried to disarm her friends of course but that just wasn't the case. F'ed up... to Irony: I had the same feelings aout taking her to a party after I posted and decided to take her elsewhere. it's nice to know I got the right idea. she's pretty much into art, classical stuff.. she told me she's eager to see a play or something similar so I have a lot of choices. and then there's always a simple walk and stuff right so as soon as I take her somewhere I'll tell you how it all worked out. hopefully I'll be 'victorious' |

if you leave in a major city like i do- find a local small show to go to (it's a recent discovery for me)- a lot of times, they're performed by actors/performers from bigger productions trying out new stuff. it's cheap, fun, a couple of hours- and after it the people in the show just chill at the bar and meet up with friends that are often in the audience. in my experience all of these people are eager to talk to new faces- it'll give you a chance to open up some fun people and look like the most social guy in the room. |
