Can somebody actually explain, WHAT is a frame? And how to create/reinforce it? I found myself copying girl's body language, and later I thought about it and realized I was some kind of submissive with her. How to reinforce my frame, my moves, my speech? PLEASE, help me. |

Well I am sure someone can explain it a lot better than I can and I personally hope someone does because I need help in this area too. Your frame is the mental state you are in. You want a calm, relaxed frame, where you really don't care what happens. (I believe) And you want your frame to be strong otherwise you may end up on losers row. (The line of guys nursing a beer and staring at the dance floor) As far as how to control it I got nothing. |

A PUA should have different frames , like you put a girl in your frame of you being seduce by the girl , so everything that she says to you , you will say okay sotp trying to seduce me , etc.... YOu can lead conversations to different frames , like sexual topic frames etc... |
