Alright, this is only my second post here. Sarged last weekend for really the 1st time with "some" knowledge of the game, having just bought it last Thursday. I move up to the bar and am instatly approached by HBindaknow. She wraps her arm around me and whispers in my ear, "Hey you peacocking bitch." As she's saying this she simultaneously reaches for my derby. "Hey! I charge people $40 to touch me," is my first reaction. I quickly downshift and redirect her attention back to her. She now casually calls the bartender over and annouces that I'm going to buy her a drink. Really? I don't think so. She then tells me that if I were to buy her a drink I would "really" be grateful. I feel her hand now begin to rub the outer part of the front of my pants. Instant boner! Not really a problem as holding out really does seem to be working. She then announces that maybe the reason I'm not buying her a drink is because she's married. At first I felt annoyed because there were a couple of hb's sitting a couple of tables down. I later realized she was actually social proofing me. Either way, I got the wrong vibe from her and decided enough was enough. I was going to walk away with her and anyone else watching wanting more. I point to my cheek and she kisses it right away. Don't get me wrong, she was blonde, early 40's, nice rack and huge tits (which she makes me look at and actually compliment, I forgot to mention) but she seemed to "know" too much about what I was doing. In the end, of course I'm chalking it up to experience and will remember how I felt, wanted to feel and eventually, what I did. Didn't # close but didn't really want to. Besides I don't think she would have given it to me anyway. I had fun and felt on top of the world afterwords, I mean I did get my cock rubbed in front of an entire group of people. |

Ok, first of all . . . "nice rack and huge tits", lol, is kind of making the same point twice. Beyond that, I agree with everything The Doc said and would add that since you did realize later that she was socially proofing you, also realize that she was MAJORLY socially proofing you. Those other HB's watching you, you should have not only opened, number closed, and kiss closed, but even fuck closed later on. How that whole scenario should have played out (for future refference) is, you get the fools mate with her, get ENORMOUSLY socially proofed, then get the close with the other HB's as well and probably even turn them into FB's. |

The peacocking term did not originate with the community. I do not think she knew about from that perspecitive. When a girl becomes very insistent on me buying a drink, I challege her to find some other guy to buy us both a drink. I will tell her what I want and to not come back until she has it. Makes you look at and compliment. I assume she propped them up and said something like 'aren't they nice'.... I would have said that they were too big for my taste but plenty of other guys probably like them. |

The term is used by the community. This does not mean that it was invented by it. Other people use the term peacocking, even in the same context, without knowing anything about the community. (Male peacocks have a very bright plume of feathers to attract female peacocks. Female peacocks, on the other hand, are very plain and do not have the bright plume of feathers. |
