ok so i've been working game on some chick for awhile now i meet up with her one day and break into a routine and this other guy shes with says this " your into all that player stuff arent you?, ive heard that story so many times" this guy broke down pretty much all the game i had on her, saying where all the games i had been playing with her "the cube and all that etc" had come from.. so yeah, now everything is super awkward and shes a total bitch to me. what the hell can i do? Super freakin' awkward since im in english class with her and see her alot. i feel like a complete fake and phony.. very depressing. |

This is a perfect example of why I don't do pre-packaged routines. I don't know whether it will work if you were being completely fake, but if you were mostly just yourself, this might help. Tell her that you aren't a player, you are working on becoming a better all around person and part of that includes interacting with women. The games and things that you did, are good ways to learn more about a person and they're fun. That's when you pause for a second to let it sink in, then say, "Is it logical to be mad, because a person used some games that they learned from a friend? On tv, or in a magazine? So, what's the problem? We got to know each other, we were having fun, I don't see the problem." Shrug and angle your body away, give it a second and if she says nothing, then just walk away with a shrug. If she says nothing, then at least you probably defuse the situation and she won't make live hell. If she says something, hopefully you've done well enough that she decides that she really does like you and it is acceptable to better yourself. Cause that's all pickup should be, not a manual with lines to recite. |

Yea as Rye said thats the problem with "canned" material or anything that got alot of air time like on tv. I think you should have tried to counter this guy AMOG'in you. You shoulda said something on the spot about how you've seen that stuff, and how its funny that when a guy gets some tips hes cheating, but girls get them all the time in mags and stuff. Or any other variation of making it seem like its not a big deal. I think your best off doing what Rye said and explaining to her that your intent isnt to be a "player" (even if it is) but just to be a more social person. That the games and such arent made for anything other then helping you become more comfortable around others, and that she saw the "real" you. I have been working on comming up with a few counters/routines to deal with anyone putting me on the spot about The Game or The Pickup Artist...I found out the winner was an actor and most likely so was everyone else. Im trying to put together a routine about that, since that would deflate the shows credibility. |

To me, game is like being a rapper, you need to be quick thinking, not be "fake" and be original have confidence, and getting to the point where you can freestyle your material (in my afc days i attempted this alot to pleasing results) and being a great rapper is all about the inside, not the out. most of all you need to enjoy it. This is the perfect reason that you do not game girls in your world. School, Work, Places you hang out at. When things go bad (for whatever reason) it makes it difficult to get away from. It is much better to temporarily invite girls into your world. It is much easier to shunt them afterward. |

Definatly feel ya man... The other night i was working on a 5 set and ran out of things to say, so before i f*ucked i up i did a "well i got to go meet my freinds maybe ill catch u guys later". I did catch them later, 2 of the 5 set were hanging out outside. a few AFC's had just CB on them. I say "sup?" and we start chatting. THen comes the killer she says "I got to ask u somthing, have u ever watched the pick up artist". Then she starts telling me about KINO and stuff. Damit!!! Then she is like "does that shit really work?". I was like, "funny u should ask that since, even with your knowledge of the PUA, u r still here talking to me!" I did an exit after that, but almost was able to get one to pivot for me. Oh well...... Yea bro, tough to recover from someone like that. --John |

Actually, at that point, you shouldn't have exited. The line that I bolded there is a great way to handle that. And for a guy that's got guts/balls whatever you want to call it, that can pull that off, it will defuse the situation and you can then STILL pick the girl up.AFC2PUA, there is nothing wrong with gaming chicks you go to school with. I mean, hell, a lot of them are getting around anywhere. That's one thing about school. So you should have fun with them too. And it's a hell of a way to sharpen your game. Rye Lee and Ka gave some excellent suggestions. Next time something like that happens to you, you SHOULD AMOG the guy the way Ka talked about. More than likely that will cut him right out. And will get her more into you in the process. Because your frame is stronger and you just blew the other guy out. |

Tell her you only game girls that you find interesting, and that guy that said that just wants to get in her pants and he is a player hater but you just want to be friends. She'll see that your right and that the only reason you gamed her is cause you like her, cause she is interesting, good luck. |
