It's very late I'm bored and drank too much Caffeïne to go to sleep! So, I'll try to write a long helpfull article! What is an alpha male? The term Alpha male comes from the animal kingdom and means male leader of the pack. He is the dominant male in the pack. This male is the most desired male in the pack and is first mating choice for all females. We humans also have Alpha males because basically we are animals. However due to our packs have become very large thousands or millions. So in one pack we have more then 1 alpha male. He is the guy you see on the street and can't look in the eyes. He is the guy with the pack of girls around him. He is the guy you want to be! (Yeah I know there are smaller semi packs but thats to complicated to write at this hour) Why do you want to be an alpha male? Simple, it is the easiest way to becoming attractive to women, displaying allpha male behavior will instantly trigger attraction in women, making it eaiser to open the set, and game the set. Alpha male charactaristics. - His time is precious, and doesn't let his time be whasted. - His satisfaction comes first! Don't be selfish but think of yourself first. - He creates his own reality, Doesn't depend on other people to make his life fun. When he meets a new person he is confident he will be interesting. - Uses his brain first, then his strength. - Doesn't seek the approval of others, He does what he does for his own reasons. - Isn't a hard-ass all the time, is gentle and lets his emotions serve the greater good. - He knows what he wants and can make decisions quickly. - He understands that life is one big adventure in wich you will nee to take certain risks. - The Alpha Man doesn’t risk more than he can afford to lose, and he understands when caution is required for balance. He understands risk and reward, and how to assess them. - Forgives himself for his failures. - He knows that he needs to ''grow'' every day to stay at the head of the pack. - Knows that Women are a Secondary Goal, your life is the primairy goal. - Knows his strengths and weaknesses. - Has a sense of humor, nothing in life is too much of a deal. - Recognizes that Time is the most valuable thing, Don't Whaste it and do enjoy it. - Is mature and confident enough to put his ego aside - Focuses on the long-term, rather than the short-term. For example with what he eats. He thinks what the well balanced meal has compared to the hamburger. and chooses the well prepared meal. Well the easiest way is to hang around other alpha guys, you will ''copy'' their movements, behavior and mentality. Another way is to watch movies, people in gyms/clubs/bars and analyse them. If doing this it is best to work one one trait a time. A few Alpha male examples. Actors - Sean Connery - Pierce Brosnan - Brad Pitt - Sean Combs (Diddy) - George Cloony - Jet Li (I think so atleast!) - Vin Diesel - John Travolta Stereotype alpha males - Soccer/rugly/Football players - MALE Breakdance, Hiphop, Newstyle, Salsa - Dancers - Bouncers - Bartenders (I Really dislike these people myself, Because I'm not tall enough to get noticed at a bar) - Weight lifters at the gym, (not the health freaks.) These guys are awesome, They always train in groups of 2-4 And they always talk, Lifting weights just seems secundairy to what they do there. Hope this post helps some of you guys! Hey dude cool stuff  . I would recommend to every one to watch the Deep Inner Game DVD-series because they show you how to become a mature masculine person better than I have ever had it shown to me before. The Series also deal with some of the stuff you talked about.

Yeah, I wouldve jsut noted it as james bond, but I havn't seen that much Bond films besides ones with sean or pierce in them. So can't be sure on the other guys  Best in there is George Clooney, That guy is just awesome.
