Aright so i'm pretty new at all of this but i've had this ongoing problem about 2 and a half years ago i ended up getting out of a relationship and got hurt pretty bad. Ever since then i've been helpless in chasing women and developed some strong social anxiety. It ended bad with the girl saying some mean shit. We dated for one and a half years, lost my virginity to her blah blah blah So i went to this party and ended up seeing her and it just brought back a ton of emotions and i'm still having a hard time dealing with it. What did you guys do in order to rid yourself of it, i mean it trickled down to the point where it really hurt my self confidence and esteem and i just don't know how to deal with it. And part of me still kinda likes the girl so the situation in a whole sucks |

Hey man sorry to hear about it. It is terrible when someone has an impact on you in such a negative way. I would recommend watching David DeAngelo's Deep Inner Game seminar. It deals really great with difficult inner game issues and I know it has helped me a lot. I had a one-itis before I knew about any of this stuff and she hurt me pretty bad. I was at a point in my life and really felt great about everything but then she got attracted to me. I was a total AFC at the time so I drove her away from me. Very bad for my confidence... Anyway these DVD helped me a whole lot. If you don't feel like buying them I think you can find a torrent with them somewhere. Best of luck |
