I've been hanging out with this girl I used to date. We dated for awhile and out of nowhere I got dumped for her current bf. Now we've been hanging out again, and my wing, T-Dawg, has handled her friends amazingly. Yet I can't power through the bf. We've had some serious comfort building talks and I've gotten IOI's but the kino hasn't gotten as positive of a reception as I would've hoped (ie crawling all over me) I'm sure its an ASD or the BF holding her back, or any combo of things. But we're all going to this big halloween party next friday and I want to kclose her or more. Any ideas? BTW If I fuck this one up, I'll be talking about this one as the one that got away. Not that shes so special or anything, but I've never been dumped for another guy like that. The fact that from everything I've seen he's a giant douche helps alot. |

Does she ever mention him while you are out with her? Just a little or does she ramble on about him? It apears you know him or at least OF him since you said hes a douche...if she has never mentioned him, maybe (and im new so wait to see if someone agrees with me) you should say something like, "Hey, i heard your boyfriend is a great guy, whats he like/whats he been upto..." I'd assume you'll prob get some kind of sappy, un-inspired response like "O, he's great/i love him/hes wonderful..." or some crap about his work life... Here is were you could add in something like, "WoW, im really happy for you. I cant imagine being in a relationship as serious as that though. Im just so free now and lovin life. I love meeting new people, having a blast..." If you know the guy and ask something like whats he been upto, this gives you the oppurtunity to say something like, "Cool, sounds like hes got it together. Recently i have been doing (x,y,z) and i really enjoy it. I feel like i got my whole life ahead of me, its such a great feeling." If she brought up his work, mention your work, oppurtunites, or even goals. If she brought up his education, then bring yours up... Whatever it is just make your goals/actions seem larger than life. People are attracted to that and want to be a part of something like that. This will also make you apear more ambitious, goal oriented, etc and might put your value higher then his |

Realize although your ego may be bruised from being dumped for whatever reason. Don't go back to a girl that hasn't worked out in the past. Their are so many good looking women out their that want a fresh face. Let this one be my friend, and move on to the next one. It seems she's already made up her mind about how she feels, and isn't changing. Don't bother with her, and find a few more attractive girls to be seen with. Then you can say leaving her was one of the best things that could've happened to you. |

She doesn't mention him too frequently but will bring him up periodically when it works in the convo. She already knows that hes not going anywhere big. He goes to a JC and wants to get his pilots license. Thats all the kid has going for him. Her friends love me and can't stand him. The only thing I have going against me is just the amount of time they've been together. About the ego thing. Yes, I should go after other girls. And I do. I have 2 I'm gaming (HBBeautyqueen and HB28DD) along with my old FB from college. So its not my main focus. I like to think of her as a hobby. Put a lil work in when I have time you know? I'm just trying to get thru the sticking point of her BF. |
