when i see a HB i would have all the routines ready but when im about to approach i start to have doubts.... what should i do? is there anyway i can improve my confidence? |

Yea I wrote a couple of posts in beliefs and inner game area. You can check that out. I also have a method and Im teaching it for free for now if you want to get better at this writte on my personal

The worst thing that can happen is - happen nothing at all. Do you know any guy who got arrested for talking to a girl? Slapped, kicked, shouted at? Add what you think your doubts are! Its a wrong concept popularized by Hollywood. If she doesn't like you, she'll won't give you her attention. Show would be nice to you and smile and pray you to leave. Big Deal! Of Course your man pride would be hurt, but hey, each rejection is improvement. You can first start by ignoring the doubts and focus on the prize. You can eliminate those doubts by making real small goals and accomplishing them individually, step by step escalating to higher confidence. Confidence is basically being relaxed and comfortable in a certain environment. Visit that environment frequently, you'll know what it is, confidence will follow! |
