I want to get your opinion on something

)jk, actually i do need your advice on how to best isolate and close this milf i am working on.
here is the situation :
i'm around 30, she's around 40. She is a perfect 10, works as a nurse in my hospital she is married, i am just about to break up with the girl i've been dating for a while.
we've known each other for a year, and attraction grew slowly. About 2-3 times a month we are on call (i'm a doc) on a same night. I don't get to see her every day, not even every week. But when we bump on each other it is ON. Flirting, IOIs, etc. I am not Style, but also far away from AFC, so most of the time i know how to seal the deal. So, about 8 months ago she started this "custom" to contact me when i'm on call in clinics, usually at night, and always invite me to coffee, cake or something when things are peaceful at ward. So i would usually come, and spend some time with her AND another nurse that is on call with her, the same night.
The thing with this hottie is that i can't get to really isolate her and do more kino escalation with her, ever. First obstacle is that she is on call with another nurse always. They pair them in night shifts so she is never alone. They both are married women and they hang out with their husbands outside the hospital. The other one is a real cockblock because she is shy and kind of "overlooks" our "meetings" so we dont fuck each other right there on the table.
And this goes on and on for months now.
I can't call her, because i am the only one with a private pager when on call. The phone she uses is also used by another nurses when on call.
Next, i never see her outside of hospital, we even don't live in a same place.
Today, i guess she saw a schedule, and of course called me, asked me if i'm on call tomorrow (which is true), made couple of funny flirtatious comments about me, how i block her car on parking, how i'll have to drive her home etc...
and invited me to meet her tomorrow for coffee, but on HER ward in the afternoon.
As i have my OWN room in a hospital, i wanted to finally take it a step further so i said "why don't you come to see me for a change, you can bring a coffee with you too.." she was kind of surprised, smiled, but hesitated, said something like... eermmm we better..ummm.. have that coffee up here... ummm it's ..safer.
we flirted, talked about "sweet nothings" for a couple of more minutes, i threw a few disqualifications, announced some time constraints for tomorrow, a little neg and we parted. At the end i told her, i'll come for a coffee if i won't have any patients waiting for exam... she said, well, i know you'll make it happen if you will want to see me
So, what the hell should i do to isolate her and go caveman on her (because that is what i'll do once i get to do it) , because we basically did everything but REAL sexual kino so far... she is never alone, she still kind of hesitates a little, really enjoys flirting with me, gives me tons of IOIs, enjoys my company, even told me right in the face that i'm the best looking doc in hospital.. Concerning all the circumstances, i think i did everything i could so far, but this is a sticking point, so any advice would help.
