There's two things I did to enhance my sexual vibe with a girl. It worked for me.
One is to actually try and enjoy the good times your having and letting your mind slip into thinking about having sex with this chick (or another
). And offcourse. If you're having problems with sex itself, solve that first. I enjoy sex and try to think about that.The second one I sometimes use is anchoring. It will get me feeling aroused but still keeps my mind free to think about strategies for isolation and escalation. This is a very neat thing your brain does and you can use for other things as well.
